If you want a beach; the local resevoir has a small beach and offers many different water sports: For the children the nearby Cap Decouverte has a great variety of sports plus a pool: Just outside Toulouse is the Cité de l'espace For the more energetic of you there are miles of tracks to walk along or cycle along;the local horse riding centre takes out rides and caters for all abilities; there are several golf-courses within easy reach; or if you prefer something less energetic; plenty of river banks for fishing:
